I’m watching the post-game celebration in Boston for the Celts, and it’s absolutely incredible. I haven’t been this touched by an NBA Championship since i lived in Chicago in the 90′s. It has everything to do with the fact that Kevin Garnett, the single biggest human being ever, is crying like a baby and yelling “ANYTHING’S POSSIBUUUUUUUUUUUUUUL!!!! AHHHH!!!! I’M SO HYPE RIGHT NOW!”
I love this game. I can’t wait for Bill Simmons’ column. He always steps up for these moments.
In sadder news, I don’t think I’m going to blog here until November. If I do, it’ll be pictures and short, short captions. This is my favorite thing in the world, but I’ve had a few scares and would love to keep my job. Also, I’ve got almost exactly no time. I might change my mind, but I don’t think I will.
